Job Description: As a Senior Mobile Application Developer at Protiviti, you will play a critical role in creating cutting-edge mobile applications using the Flutter framework. You will lead technical projects, make architectural decisions, and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Development: Lead the design and development of innovative mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic technical direction to the development team, promoting best practices and high standards in coding and architecture.
• Collaborative Development: Partner with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional solutions.
• Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring high code quality and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Technical Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex technical challenges using your expertise in Flutter and mobile development.
• Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop junior developers, fostering their growth and enhancing their skills in Flutter development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in mobile application development, with a focus on Flutter.
• Proficient in Dart programming language.
• Experience with mobile development tools like Android Studio, Xcode, and Flutter packages.
• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns, architecture, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
