NTU is currently preparing a tender for the Framework Agreement (FWA) to support EIB GLOBAL Financial Sector Advisory Services. The objective of the FWA is to support EIB Global to provide advisory services to financial institutions in the areas of innovation/digitalisation, Micro, Small and Medium sized enterprise (MSME) and Mid-Cap Finance, Climate Action and Sustainable Finance, specifically in relation to three priority topics:
1. Competitiveness and Growth, which aims to improve business performance, support growth, and contribute to the resilience and competitiveness of supported MSMEs, as well as to foster entrepreneurship and better integrate MSMEs into global and regional value chains;
2. Sustainable Finance, which aims to both improve climate risk management in financial systems and increase green investments and sustainable entrepreneurship, promote climate-smart, environmental and circular technologies and processes, support sustainable agriculture and the development of specific agricultural value chains, contribute to an effective climate resilient low-carbon economy and society, and increase adaptation efforts to build long-term resilience to climate change; and
3. Social Inclusion, which aims to improve financial inclusion of women, youth, rural populations and socially excluded groups, support MSME projects that provide employment to women, youth, migrants, refugees/Internally Displaced People (IDP) and socially excluded groups, as well as increase outreach to remote and fragile areas, notably those vulnerable to climate change.
We are looking for category I, II, and III experts to support NTU.
