Zscaler's Procurement-Contracts Team Is Looking For a Full- Time Experienced Resource, Who Has Good Knowledge In Contract Management. Reporting To The Deputy Manager - Contracts, You Will
- Review and negotiate Vendor agreements: MSAs, SaaS Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Order Forms/SOWs.
- Identify potential legal issues and providing practical solutions.
- Knowledge of Data Protection Laws, GDPR, and Cyber laws is desirable.
- Review and redline vendor templates to highlight areas of potential concern.
- Perform contract interpretation and implement procurement contracting strategies.
- Enhance subject-matter knowledge and proficiency in the concerned support area.
- Identify risks and roadblocks to contract execution and lead action to resolve and/or escalate, as appropriate.
- Ensure adherence to policy.
- Support several business activities and manage the needs of all partners.
- Maintain excellent working relationships.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Law degree with 3+ years of relevant experience with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.
- Report, research, legal administration, and data analysis.
- Create negotiation strategies, perform negotiations and resolve issues.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation skills.
