This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Financial Controller located in Gurugram. The Senior Financial Controller will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to financial statements, financial reporting, accounting, and analytical skills. They will provide financial guidance and support to the organization, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. The Senior Financial Controller will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive financial performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.

• Experience in financial statements, financial reporting, and accounting
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and ERP systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
