• h:Conduct in-depth industry and sector research to identify investment opportunities and assess market trend
• s.Analyze economic, financial, and business developments within target sectors to guide investment strategie

s.Preparation of Information Memorandu

• m:Develop comprehensive information memorandums, presenting investment opportunities, business cases, financial forecasts, and risk analysis to prospective investors and stakeholder

s.Financial Modelin

• g:Design and maintain financial models for potential transactions, incorporating various scenarios and sensitivity analysi
• s.Use these models to evaluate the financial performance and predict future outcomes of investment opportunitie

s.Valuation and Due Diligenc

• e:Conduct thorough financial and business due diligence to assess investment risks and opportunitie
• s.Perform valuations using multiple methodologies such as DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction
• s.Collaborate with legal, tax, and technical experts to ensure the accuracy of valuations and financial assessment
