Must At least 3-5 years of financial planning, reporting, and/or analysis experience
Experience in working cross-functionally and collaboratively in a global organization
Strong technical accounting skills and practical knowledge of the principles of financial accounting and accounting standards Multiple stakeholder management IS experience Experience working with an ERP system - QAD Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot, Power Query, etc) Experience and exposure to Alteryx and Power BI is a plus

Partner with the Onshore team to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines are met
and communicate these effectively to the stakeholders
Engage with the onshore team in order to gain a more complete understanding of the businesses and participate in suggesting value additions to current analysis and reporting
Respond to all relevant queries (including ad-hoc) from onshore business partners in an accurate and timely manner
Continually look for opportunities to drive process improvement and automation
Educational Qualification CA with 3-5 years of relevant experience
