Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to join their finance team in a fully remote capacity. As a key member of the finance team, the Senior FP&A will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and providing critical financial insights to support the company's strategic objectives. The role requires monthly travel to the companys headquarters for collaboration and strategic meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business decision-making and drive financial performance.
- Provide variance analysis and offer strategic insights to optimize financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies with business goals.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives, such as M&A activities, by providing financial analysis and guidance.
- Improve existing FP&A processes and implement tools for better efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FP&A or a similar role, ideally within an international or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience working with remote financial operations and digital collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.
