In this role, you will manage and oversee the organization s financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient operation of accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing key financial processes, particularly Record to Report.
Objectives:
- Oversee all accounting activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Support monthly and annual financial close processes for timely statements.
- Facilitate audits by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to requirements.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Fixed Asset and Lease Accounting.
- Perform Balance Sheet and Intercompany Reconciliations.
- Conduct P&L analysis for financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Support audits and generate MIS reports for decision-making.
- Assist with accounting queries and improve financial processes.
- Utilize Excel and Netsuite ERP for data management.
- Stay updated with IFRS and Indian Accounting Standards.
Qualifications:
- M.Com/MBA Finance with 10-12 years of experience, or CA with 6-7 years.
- Strong GL/Treasury/Tax knowledge and Excel expertise, with Netsuite ERP experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and audit experience.
