Profile: Senior Manager
- Financial control of the management company
- Deliver the budgeting, forecasting, and planning process across the group.
- Preparation, review, and submission of annual and interim statutory financial statements under IFRS and FRS 102.
- Driving process and control enhancement to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Assistance with the integration of newly acquired companies, ensuring group policies and procedures are rolled out efficiently.
- Preparation for Board packs.
Other major responsibilities
- Oversee the management company finance and fund reporting.
- Oversee production of monthly Management Accounts for clients, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Variance Analysis, as well as client specific management reporting.
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns, including partial exemptions methodologies and EU reverse charge mechanism.
- Ongoing review and proactive management of costs across the business.
- Cash and capital monitoring and management, including weekly cash flow reports and forecasts, as well as creditors management, FX trades arrangements and funds transfers as required.
- Assist the Capital division in reviewing, monitoring, and managing the structuring of new investments and fund corporate vehicles.
- Reviewing and approving payrolls for all clients, including administration of pension, medical insurance and various benefit in kind deductions, as well as Joint Share Ownership Plan schemes.
- Reviewing bookkeeping entries for all clients, including general ledger analysis and assisting in calculations of complex accounting entries
- Checking and approving the weekly and adhoc payments on behalf of clients on various online banking platforms
- Ensuring all Companies House fillings are all up to date for each entity, including Confirmation Statement, PSC Register, Share dealing filings.
- Preparing Corporation Tax returns and liaising with tax advisors
