Role Summary:
The Data & Analytics Operations Finance Team is looking for a strong finance professional to play the role of a Finance Business Partner with proven track record of working in a multifaceted, fast paced environment, with a strong bias for action to enable transformational change, by building trust and connections across the organization, to achieve business objectives.
The role will report to the Head of Finance Business Operations, and will support Financial Content Operations, one of the largest business areas within Data & Analytics Operations division.
Major Responsibilities:
- Drive and support divisional strategic priorities that result in efficiency improvements and scale, to enable profitable growth. Key ongoing initiatives include:
- Improvement in overall financial performance
- Deliver on cost and headcount commitments by holding business accountable to achieve key cost drivers
- Partner with the business to deliver on critical initiatives such as Amplify and process automation
- Future-proof Location Strategy that optimizes cost and scale, in a sustainable manner
- Profitability Insight to drive visibility and informed decision making
- Partner with business to develop investment business cases and support the execution and monitoring of associate results, success metrics, and outcomes
- Deliver on FCO financial objectives, both short- and long-term, including annual budget
- Collaborate across functions to lead partner needs within Operations, as well as collaborating closely with other finance teams, across Divisions, Technology, and Center of Excellence
Required Skills:
- Proven track record to analyze a situation and influence others
- Ability to innovate to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency

- Experience working directly with partners required
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Understanding of the financial markets and competitive landscape
- 15 plus years of experience in various commercial and strategy finance roles
