Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Prepaid Trackers: Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers for relocation expenses, VISA payments, Insurance payments, Driving license payments
- Run amortization schedules: Run amortization schedules for all prepaid expenses taking into account leavers data
- Maintaining Book Hygiene: Ensure accurate and clean financial records by regularly reviewin and rectifying discrepancies.
- Accruals and Deferrals: Record and review accruals and deferrals to ensure that expenses and revenues are recognized in the correct accounting periods.
- Book Closure: Assist in the monthly and yearly book closure processes, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Balance Sheet Review: Regularly review and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Validate the inputs received from payroll team for Payroll calculation for delivery agents
- Review the general consolidated payout file and ensure the accuracy of the base details of the employees
- Timely upload of the final payout files to the bank systems to ensure payouts are released on time
- Close-loop the final payroll accounting and share the inputs with business units/finance
- Validation of end of service payouts of employees who have resigned and sharing the calculation with HR/Employees for confirmation
- Payment process and accounting for end of service payouts
What You will need:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or CA
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Exposure to eCommerce Industry
- Extensive knowledge of the provisioning process, accruals, accounts payable and payroll accounting
- You are a strategic commercial thinker with impressive analytical skills and critical mindset. You have strong technical skills in Microsoft / Google Suite
- You have outstanding communication skills and can drive projects with different teams across the organization, including senior management stakeholder
