Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO modules, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of providing solutions in financial accounting and controlling. This role requires deep knowledge of business processes, configuration expertise, and the ability to lead complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP FICO Implementation and Support:
- Lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements of SAP FICO modules, including FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling).
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
- Financial and Management Reporting:
- Design and implement customized financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and cost center reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize reporting and analysis within the SAP FICO system.
- Process Improvement and Optimization:
- Identify and implement best practices for financial processes in SAP to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to streamline FICO processes.
- Configuration and Customization:
- Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling modules.
- Develop and test system enhancements, customizations, and new functionalities.
- Integration with Other SAP Modules:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
- Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity across integrated modules.
- Project Management:
- Lead FICO-related projects, from requirements gathering through to testing, training, and go-live.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
- User Training and Documentation:
- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for FICO configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Provide support to users and assist them in adapting to new functionalities.
- Compliance and Controls:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Support financial audits by providing accurate data and reports from the SAP system.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Language: Arabic (Mandatory)
- 8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with in-depth knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and profit center accounting.
- Proven project management experience and ability to lead end-to-end SAP projects.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify solutions and implement best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- SAP certification in FICO (preferred but not mandatory).
