Hiring: SENIOR FASHION DESIGNER

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies to drive sales and brand growth.

Design and curate collections that align with our brand aesthetic and market trends.

Complete design and pattern-making knowledge to create and refine garments from concept to final product.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to optimize product launch success.

Analyze market data and customer feedback to influence future collections.

Oversee the visual presentation of products both online and in-store.

Requirements:

Degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in fashion merchandising or design.

Strong understanding of current fashion trends and consumer behavior.

Exceptional eye for design, color, and detail.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
