As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Fashion Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and assist them in finding the right products. Provide product information, sizing advice, and style suggestions.
- Sales: Actively engage in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling to meet and exceed sales targets. Offer promotions and loyalty programs to encourage repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product offerings. Be knowledgeable about product features, materials, and care instructions.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising to ensure that the store always looks its best. Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to improve our products and services. Address any customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Leadership:Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff. Assist in training new hires and maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
- Store Maintenance: Help keep the store clean and organized. Report any maintenance or security issues to the store manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion retail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and a passion for the industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: 18,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
