Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive for our Waterproofing Chemical Division. This role requires a Mid-Level professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in the waterproofing chemical industry. As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our waterproofing chemical business in Andheri, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the waterproofing chemical industry, preferably in a sales or business development role.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing chemical products and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.

- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Building Material Industry Knowledge - Construction Chemical, Pipe, Door, Tiles, Chemicals Division (If knowledge can negotiate package).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire Waterproofing Chemical Division, including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify potential new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for presentation to senior management.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding waterproofing chemical products.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in waterproofing chemical technologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
