Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive - HR Operations to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems. This role will focus on ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations while supporting various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Management: Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Payroll & Compliance: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with statutory regulations. Support in managing employee benefits and statutory compliance.
- HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and generate regular HR reports. Contribute to process improvements and automation of HR tasks.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Provide support in handling employee grievances and escalations.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to company standards and legal requirements.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Ensure proper documentation of HR-related activities, including employee contracts, amendments, and other relevant records.
- Training & Development: Support the HR team in organizing and managing employee training and development programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
