About the role:

Travel MIS Management :

Collect, analyze, and report travel-related data weekly, fortnightly & Monthly

Accuracy of data presented in the reports

Develop and maintain comprehensive Travel MIS reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends

Regularly update and reconcile travel data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (internal & External) to gather information and streamline data flow.

Travel Booking:

Taking responsibility for travel bookings when the other person is unavailable

Coordinate with travel agencies or online platforms to secure cost-effective and convenient travel arrangements

Ensure compliance with company travel policies

Confirm travel reservations, communicate itineraries, and provide support to employees when needed

Qualifications & Experience:

3-4 years of industry experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Past experience in managing Travel MIS and handling travel bookings

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
