1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top- quality talent
2. Employee Development: Coaching, mentoring and deploying employee development strategies through performance review and feedback mechanism
3. Employee Engagement: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of Growth, Fun & Care
4. Compensation & Benefits: Provide inputs for payroll processing and analyze industry trends for salary benchmarking and compensation inputs

So, if you have
a Masters in HR/Psychology or related fields
3-6 years of relevant work experience
a strong hold on Talent engagement and management
A strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
