Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Executive IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring executive-level candidates. This role plays a critical part in attracting top talent to our organization and contributing to our growth and success.
Responsibilities
- 5 to 7 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong hiring on Java and related technology.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract executive-level candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) to track progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to expand talent pools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, from IT Industry.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation.
