The Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for handling our end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to recruitment, capable of designing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and department leads.
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's staffing needs, including both immediate hires and long-term talent planning.
Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and determine selection criteria.
Implement innovative sourcing techniques and leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Oversee the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging process from initial contact through to hire.
Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners as needed.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Proven experience as an Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment.
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks for sourcing candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Additional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment software.
