Graduate with 1-5 years experience in Business Development and HR Process. Presentable, having own
laptop, conveyance, Smart Phone, Good communication skills in English & Hindi. Good recruitment
network to hire manpower on contractual basis at different locations. Having good knowledge about HR
Process like Recruitment, Payroll, Excel Reports, Compliances, etc. Experience in Client Management and
Team Handling Experience.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Supporting Staffing Manager in doing business development for Manpower Outsourcing and Staffing
Services, Handling entire recruitment process starting from finding right contact in companies, getting
vacancies, supporting recruiters in sourcing relevant candidates, scheduling interviews, ensuring joinings
and onboarding of new joinees. Finding new opportunities for Contract Staffing /Manpower Outsourcing
/ Recruitment Services. Meeting HR Managers of Companies for executive payroll management project of
Manpower Outsourcing. Visiting companies for business development, Giving online Demonstration,
discussion on proposals and agreement. Discussing with Customers to understand HR Policies to be
implemented in outsourcing staff. Supporting Customers by Recruitment of Onsite resources and
manpower as per company's need. Training of new hires on Employee's Induction & Joining
documentation, Adhaar, ID cards, Attendance & Biometric,Bank a/c Opening, Trainings, etc.
Maintaining all data of employees working on company's payroll-Mustor Roll, Payroll, Attendance, New
joinee kit filling, bank a/c ,EPF, ESIC, ADHAAR, PAN , BANK A/C OPENING, Employee KYC Documentation &
support. Handling HR Issues with compliance team and onsite executives at multiple locations. Supporting
Customer in Compliance Audit related to PF, ESIC, PTAX, LWF, etc. Handling customer's queries related to
HRMS, Mobile Application & other HR Processes. Building network for sourcing candidates for staffing
customers. Ensuring timely payment collection of all invoices, salaries, reimbursement and service charges
from clients. Serve as a link between management, customers and employees by handling questions.
