Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementation projects, ensuring
successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Conduct business process analysis and mapping to SAP S/4 HANA best practices.
Design and configure SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud modules to meet client
requirements.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions with clients to gather requirements and
demonstrate system capabilities.
Provide expert advice on S/4 HANA Public Cloud functionality, implementation
approaches, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other
systems and applications.
Assist in data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and loading.
Provide post-implementation support and maintenance to ensure system stability
and performance.
Stay current with the latest S/4 HANA Public Cloud updates and trends, and
proactively recommend improvements.
Module-Specific Responsibilities:
1) Finance (FI): Implement and configure modules such as General Ledger, Accounts
Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting. Ensure
compliance with local and international accounting standards. Optimize financial
processes and reporting.
2) Controlling (CO): Implement and configure modules such as Cost Center Accounting,
Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Internal Orders. Support management
reporting and financial planning processes. Analyze and optimize cost management
processes.
3) Sales and Distribution (SD): Implement and configure modules related to order-to-
cash processes, including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, and Credit
Management. Enhance sales processes and customer relationship management.
4) Materials Management (MM): Implement and configure modules related to procure-
to-pay processes, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice
Verification. Optimize procurement and inventory management processes.
5) Production Planning (PP): Implement and configure modules related to production
planning and control, including Demand Management, MRP, and Shop Floor Control.
Enhance manufacturing processes and production efficiency.
6) Quality Management (QM) : Implement and configure modules related to quality
planning, inspection, and control. Ensure compliance with quality standards and
improve product quality processes.
7) Warehouse Management (WM): Implement and configure modules related to
warehouse operations, including Inventory Management, Goods Receipt/Issue, and
Warehouse Processes. Optimize warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a
related field.
2 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on S/4 HANA Public Cloud
implementations.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud architecture and capabilities.
Experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementations.
Proficiency in one or more SAP S/4 HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain,
Sales, Manufacturing).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
engage with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SAP S/4 HANA certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UX design principles.
Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform Integration, APIs).
Experience with cloud computing and SaaS solutions.
Experience in Footwear sector would be and added advantage
