What will you do
- Implementing the signed deal as per the specified deliverables and terms
- Obtaining necessary approvals from relevant parties before executing the deal
- Creating new agency and client profiles in the system and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to establish payment terms and schedules
- Monitoring and following up on payments for clients utilizing advance or post-dated checks (PDC)
- Collaborating with agencies and clients to manage requirements related to Run Orders (RO) and materials
- Processing commercial and feature materials in alignment with established guidelines
- Updating and maintaining accurate records of deals in the Business Management System (BMS)
- Booking advertising spots and features in accordance with the terms outlined in deals and ROs
- Reviewing pertinent reports to track progress and ensure adherence to established agreements
- Proactively pursuing resolution for any discrepancies and implementing necessary make-goods in collaboration with agencies/clients
- Reconciling deals to ensure accurate financial representation
- Verifying billing data for accuracy and consistency with deal terms
- Compiling and maintaining comprehensive documentation to support audit processes
- Coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders on a day-to-day basis
