Job Description

1. Accept and verify returned goods from customers or vendors.

2. Check returned items for defects, damages, or incorrect shipments and raise claims accordingly on the Vendor's portal.

3. Identify reasons for return (e.g., damage, customer dissatisfaction, wrong item shipped).

4. Coordinate with customer service, quality control, and other departments as needed.

5. Managing a team of around 8 to 10 members.

Qualification

1. Graduate/Equivalent Degree

2. 2+years in managing marketplaces

3. Good knowledge of MS Excel

4. Basic working knowledge of marketplace portals
