JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Make outbound/take inbound calls and retain the customer
  • Resolve customer queries related to SBI Card.
  • Handle objections & respond appropriately.
  • Retain customers using empowerment grid/Tools according to RACV and issues faced.
  • Ensure 100% capture of customer communication on the designated systems.
  • Meet required targets relating to the process on productivity, quality, retention %, floor hygiene etc.
  • Adhere to floor hygiene and policies of the company.
  • Ensure Spirit & Letter policies are adhered to. 100% achievement of daily targets on productivity and quality. 100% adherence to floor hygiene metrics 100% accuracy in capturing of customer VOC on designated system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Linguistic proficiency in English and an additional South language like Telugu or Kannada
  • Computer skills (MS Office) especially MS-Excel.
  • Working in teams
  • Typing skills would be an added advantage.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational scheduled offs.
  • Flexible on doing both Outbound & Inbound calls. 18-36 months for Executive Experience in a voice process taking both inbound and outbound calls and requiring to meet daily and monthly targets. Experience can be in a domestic or international voice process for a financial or telecom product
