Expansion (No. of Doors to be launched)

• Docket preparation, Coordination with Projects and Operations for Capex and Sales assumption
• Obtain Internal projects approvals
• Weekly reviews with Internal Brand Operations, Projects, and Field & Legal teams.

SFD

• Timely approvals to ensure Launch of Stores on time.

RBD MIS

• Ensure periodic updating of store roll out master, lease renewal master, Landlord Vendor masters, Dead rent MIS, R&P data
