Senior Executive - Reporting and Analysis

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze and visualize data related to key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational efficiencies.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders, summarizing findings and providing actionable insights.
Contract Management:
  • Assist in the administration and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, renewal dates, and vendor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to review contract documents, identify risks, and negotiate favorable terms when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process:
  • Support the P2P process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and vendor payments.
  • Monitor procurement activities to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, procurement policies, and vendor agreements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven 4-5 years of experience in reporting and analysis, contract management, and/or P2P processes.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI), Power point presentation and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate cross functionally and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, D365, Coupa, Oracle) and experience with contract management software DocuSign is a plus. Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in shared services or a similar operational support role is preferred.
