Key Responsibilities:-

Commitment:Minimum 6-month commitment to contribute to the company's growth.

Recruitment:Source, screen, and recruit candidates, with a focus on sales and technical roles.

Candidate Management:Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to final placement.

Strategic Planning:Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Client Collaboration:Understand client needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.

Process Improvement:Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:-

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Proficient in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proven networking ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:-

Flexible Hours: Choose between full-time or part-time, with remote work options.

Compensation:-

1.30,000 for each successful placement.

2.Payment Timelines: Payments processed within 45 days after each placement.

3.During the 6-month probation period, candidates will receive a total of 60,000, calculated at 10,000 per month. This amount will only be paid at the end of the probation period, provided the candidate completes the full 6 months. If a candidate leaves the organization before completing the 6-month duration, they will not be eligible for any portion of the 60,000.

4.Post-probation: Transition to a fixed salary with a 10% hike, and performance-based hikes up to 30%.
