4. Co-ordinate for AMC and external tie-ups for equipment and keep record of maintenance of equipment.
5. Management of Volumetric solution and Test solution.
6. Ensuring compliance to EPD Global guidelines.
7. Review of documents related to GLP.
8. Breakdown management related to all instruments in QC and update related documents.
9. Ensuring the timely update in the documents as per the Pharmacopeial amendments.
10. Coordination for the timely availability of the amended documents.
11. Facing internal and External audits and ensuring compliance.
12. On job training related activities in QC.
13. Coordinating and aligning the practices and procedures in line with the COBC requirements.
14. To upload questionnaire in Brainshark and ISOtrain.
15. To ensure that documents are updated and amended as per new pharmacopoeias and regulatory guidelines.
16. To monitor the maintenance of GLP activities in all the sections of the lab w.r.t EPD guidelines.
17. To monitor data integrity and laboratory compliance in the quality control department.
18. Responsible for project management for QC instruments.
19. To ensure the safety compliance in quality control department.
20. Ensuring audit trail review for QC instruments.
21. Responsible for creation and updation of QC SOPs/Specifications /STPs/Analytical raw data sheet/GTPs into Darius.
22. Carrying out Incident and Exception investigation.
23. Responsible for work which is allotted by Section Head.
24. To ensure the safety compliance in quality control department.
