Job Description

Souzagad is a premier boutique homestay brand dedicated to providing our guests with an unparalleled experience through exceptional service and thoughtfully curated accommodations. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our homestays.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for various supplies and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective procurement.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best deals.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.

Purchase Management:

  • Source and procure goods and services required for the smooth operation of our homestays.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Evaluate and compare vendor offers and proposals.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all supplies and equipment.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Develop and manage inventory forecasting models to anticipate future needs.

Coordination:

  • Collaborate with various departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front office, to understand and fulfill their procurement needs.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounts departments to ensure timely payment of invoices and accurate financial records.
  • Assist in budget planning and cost management for procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to procurement and inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.(optional)
  • Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
