The candidate will be responsible for handling the Civil/Interior related products field.
Should have good exposure in sourcing the material from local and Global vendors.
Should have knowledge in Export and Import of materials.
Should have good communication skills and coordination with Internal Team Members (Accounts, Engineering, etc.) & External Team (Projects, Architects, etc.).
Should have good skills in assessing the product and the vendor credentials.
Should have knowledge in purchase documentation, Job Cost controlling, and Reports for Management
In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks completion.
Responsibilities
- Coordination with the Architect/Project team to meet their requirements on time.
- Release of Orders and follow-ups with vendors for timely delivery of material to the projects.
- Processing of Vendor Invoices to accounts and their payments.
- Reports to be submitted to management at regular intervals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience as a Purchase Engineer or Manager
- Know to read AutoCAD drawings and are well-versed in MS word, Excel, or ERP systems suitable for this industry.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
