Position Title: Senior Executive - Product Design and Development

Compensation Range: 7,00,000 - 9,00,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Senior Executive in Product Design and Development to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, R&D operations, CAD/CAM, and Windchill. This role involves designing innovative automotive products and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Design: Develop innovative and functional product designs using CAD/CAM software.
- R&D Operations: Participate in research and development activities to improve existing products and create new ones.
- Project Management: Oversee product development projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development.
- Software Utilization: Utilize Windchill for product lifecycle management and ensure all design data is accurately maintained.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve design and development issues promptly to ensure project continuity.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high quality and safety levels.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B.Tech/B.E in a relevant field.
- Experience: 4-8 years of experience in product design and development within the automotive industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
- Experience with Windchill or similar PLM software.
- Strong understanding of R&D operations and product lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
