- A graduate in a relevant field with 4 to 6 yrs of relevant experience.
- Preferably from the reputed Real Estate industry background.
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies that align with the organization s goals and budget constraints.
- Assist in identifying potential suppliers and vendors for the organization s needs.
- Generate and process purchase orders (POs) based on approved requisitions.
- Support cost control measures to optimize procurement spending.
- Ensure that all procurement activities adhere to the organization s procurement policies and procedures.
