- Develop and execute Strategic Campaigns
- Design and Run email campaigns to engage the specific audience : both independently and along with an agency (should know tools like Zoho, emailing tools or any CRM for campaigns)
- Run social media campaigns on LinkedIn and Whatsapp to reach out and generate leads from a wide audience base
- Manage and engage with the leads generated through these campaigns and actively increase the top as well as bottom of the sales funnel
- Knowledge of HTML based emails execution is an added advantage
- Track and analyze these marketing campaigns, optimize them for better results
- Marketing communication skills should be good to ensure that the message being conveyed through these campaigns clear and appropriate
- Some inclination towards branding/creative sense of designing will be an added advantage
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including sales teams, product development and brand management
- Research and monitor the activity of company competitors
- Good interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders (business teams, brand manager counterparts)
- Understanding of marketing automation tools such as webengage will be a plus
