As a Tech hiring Specialist, youll be a part of the technology hiring team that is building JioCinema and play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top tech talent.
What You ll Do
- Payroll : Obtain tax regime updates from new hires and update the information in the system. Gather salary details from HR Business Partners (HRBP) for employees who have resigned and update the status monthly. Maintain monthly compliance and other Management Information Systems (MIS). Possess basic knowledge of General Ledger (GL) clearing. Upload manual payments on the bank portal if necessary. Upload Sodexo details on the Sodexo portal for new employees, process Sodexo payouts, and distribute Sodexo cards to employees. Analyze employee salary slips and resolve employee queries
- Final Settlement : Obtain clearance approvals from various stakeholders. o Calculate final settlements for exited employees and update SAP within Service Level Agreement (SLA). Share final settlement statements and pay slips with employees. Calculate and process gratuity payouts to employees within given timelines
- Reimbursement Audit: Perform monthly reimbursement audits for claims made by employees. Process different reimbursements through Employee Self Service (ESS), verify documents uploaded by employees, and update them for payment. Send audited remarks to employees for revalidation. Update inputs in Payroll for employees who have not submitted correct invoices. Maintain monthly and yearly trackers for audited reimbursements Investments: Audit investment documents uploaded by employees in various investment heads such as HRA, house loan interest, SEC80D, SEC80C, etc. Link NPS Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) with corporate vendors and provide weekly updates on the status. Share NPS contribution details with corporate vendors
- Compliance: Coordinate with consultants to update compliance MIS on a monthly basis. Collect Form 11 and EPS confirmation from new hires and share the same with consultants. Coordinate with consultants and finance team on monthly PF, ESIC, P-tax, and LWF payments and challan preparation. Update UAN number and EPS details in SAP. Handle PF queries of employees and resolve them with the help of consultants
- ADHOC SUPPORT : Provide support on other ADHOC HR payroll activities and execution when required
Who Should Apply
- Education and Qualifications: Minimum graduate in any field, with preference given to candidates holding an MBA in HR
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in HR or HR Operations. Mandatory prior experience of 2-3 years in designing compensation inputs
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in managing contract employees and/or insurance will be preferred
- Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Excel. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Good knowledge of labor law and compliance regulations. Strong communication skills. Demonstrated orientation towards employee service
