- Responsible for smooth shift operation and shift maintenance (A, B, C,G)
- Ensure compliance safety, GxP and GEP.
- Having good Knowledge and trouble-shooting of PLC and SCADA, and field instrument system (prefer Rockwe'll system)
- Having knowledge of critical analyzers like O2, pH, conductivity etc
- Having knowledge of filed instrument (PT, TT, LT, FT, VT, positioner, PID controllers etc)
- Having knowledge of interlocks, control philosophy, Electrical system.
- Basic Knowledge of networking and computer system (OT infra, LIU, Media converter, IP, Switches, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of process and control system (Process water, Hydrogenator, AHU, Utility
- control, TCU, Utilities compressor)
- Knowledge of zone area classification.
- Awareness of work permit system.
- Ensure no pending work order and closer in time.
- Prepare Critical and non-critical spare list and update in timely manner.
- Maintain operational documents, manual related with equipment s and instruments.
- Making schedule for shift person and ensure the discipline
DME / B.Tech - Instrumentation/Electronic
