Responsibilities:
Support the Institutional Desk with daily operations and trading activities.
Assist in onboarding new clients and handling renewals for existing customers.
Learn and provide assistance with basic Back-Office software functions (Lidha-Didha).
Help with the distribution of electronic contract notes via STP and assist with trade settlement workflows.
Acquire knowledge of market practices related to Institutional Trading.
Be well-versed in Options, Currency, and Commodity trading.
Aid the team with the daily processing and confirmation of trades for all assigned clients.
Support the team in retaining customers and generating new business opportunities.
Actively engage with the Front-office and Trading team.
Provide Level 1 support to customers for basic inquiries.
Manage system licenses and coordinate with vendors regarding invoices and payments.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate personal integrity.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
