Core Responsibilities
- Compliance: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors to meet the company's growing operational needs. Build partnerships and work with existing vendors to secure better services at competitive rates.
- Payroll & Finance: Execute payroll processes for full-time employees, contract staff, and vendors with accuracy and efficiency.
- Office Administration: Proactively identify and address issues impacting the office environment. Engage vendors, find innovative solutions to improve the workspace, and enhance overall office operations.
- Hiring: Partner with teams to recognize and fill vacant positions. Craft job descriptions, leverage multiple advertising channels, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Master's degree (optional) in Business Administration (MBA) or related fields.
- Relevant certifications in HR management, payroll processing, or office administration could be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation laws - state and central.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, figure-it-out attitude.
