HR Operation/Payroll/Generalist/Admin/Plant HR with previous FMCG background

The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to:

1 - Talent Acquisition And Recruitment

2 - Employee Onboarding And Training

3 - Payroll

4 - Policy Development And Implementation

5 - Record Keeping And Data Management

6 - Performance Management

7 - Statutory Compliances

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 02+ years of experience.
