Experience:4-5 Years
Office Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Model: Min 3 Days in a week working from office location)
Work Timings: Night Shift is a MUST (7.30 PM - 4.30 AM)

Must Have Skills
Prior experience working in a similar role/environment.
Prior experience working with US IT Staffing companies / Tech Companies (BIG PLUS)
Good Verbal and Written communication skills.
Great Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Demonstrated ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
Learning Attitude.
Responsibilities
Office management tasks.
Calendar management.
Scheduling Meetings, Sharing MOM with Management Team.
Preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence.
Employee interaction tasks.
Running Employee / Subcontracting Referral Policy on a Monthly basis.
Coordination with other departments for onboarding new employees.
Scheduling holiday parties and other employee engagement activities.
Mission
Be the single point of contact for all administrative tasks in the USA Region.
Outcome
Office facilities are always presentable to customers and employees.
Director's calendar is effectively managed.
Employee / Subcon's experience at Headway Tek's US location is very good.
Coordination with other departments in India like HR, Recruitment, IT, Finance is very effective and efficient.
