Designation: HR- Senior Executive
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Salary: 28 to 31K CTC Monthly

Qualification and Skill set :
- Any Graduation preferably HR,
- Core- Recruiting with different sources multiple portals and HR links.
- Good communication skill, Kannada Must Know, Interaction with clients.
- Sourcing on Technical candidates.
- Ensure that all changes to a candidates status are tracked on Darwin box to enable accurate reporting.
- Conduct telephone screens using standard templates ensuring that all candidates submitted on the short list to the hiring manager meet required quality standards.
- Accountable for the quality of the short list presented to the hiring manager, and for presenting and selling the short list to the hiring manager.
