This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources at Sree Nivasam Infra LLP in Hyderabad. The role involves managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overseeing human resources functions within the organization on a day-to-day basis.

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
