Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Executive Human Resources at RKRTPL. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall HR management. They will handle day-to-day HR tasks and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies
• Administration Management.
• Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Payroll and Attendance Management.
