Job Description

1. Assessment of current HR practices, policies, and systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
2. Partner with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for HR process improvements and technology adoption.
3. Draft process flows, process documentation, policy changes and email communications.
4. Drive the adoption of new HR systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
5. Explore emerging HR trends, best practices, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of HR initiatives.
7. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the adoption and impact of HR transformation efforts.
8. Provide regular updates, reports, and prepare presentations to capture progress of HR Projects.
B) Relevant work experience - 3 to 5 Years.

C) Education Qualification - MBA (HR)
