HR Generalist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including vendor management, payroll, leave management system, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies.

Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.

Leave Management System:

Oversee the leave management system.

Educate employees on leave policies and procedures.

Monitor leave balances and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Administrative Tasks:

Assist with various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and handling correspondence.

Support the HR team with projects and initiatives as needed.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with vendors for services such as food, cab, laptop procurement, and other administrative needs.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality services.

Maintain relationships with vendors and address any issues or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices, including payroll and leave management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS software.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
