Campbell Shipping is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Executive to support our HR function. Key responsibilities include:
Spearheading learning and development projects.
Overseeing the Karco Learning Management System from start to finish.
Crafting and implementing a comprehensive Learning Calendar for shore staff across all locations.
Providing support to top management for various initiatives such as quarterly or annual events.
Actively participating in employee engagement campaigns.
Regularly updating information and generating monthly and quarterly HR reports.
This role entails administrative duties centered on planning, organizing, communicating, and coordinating the delivery of Group Employee Technical and Core Skill development programs. The incumbent will also play a pivotal role in launching new L&D initiatives. Responsibilities further include:
Monitoring participation and progress in training programs and maintaining communication with attendees and domain representatives.
Developing and delivering new behavioral training programs.
Assisting in the creation of monthly L&D dashboards and training summary reports by consolidating data from diverse sources.
Overseeing mentoring programs and tracking progress.
Location: Khar West, Mumbai.
Experience-2 4 years of experience in HR.
