Key Responsibilities:
Experience = 3+ years in Recruitment & Payroll
Location - Andheri East Near Marol Metro Station
Immediate Joiner will be preferred
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and other relevant documentation.
Attendance Tracking &Payroll Process:
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Implement attendance policies and ensure compliance.
- Generate and analyze attendance reports for management review.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits, including salary reviews and adjustments.
- Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and manage payroll-related queries.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, and other relevant regulations.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and returns promptly.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations and implement necessary changes.
Employee Documentation:
- Prepare and manage all employee-related documentation including offer letters, confirmation letters, and separation letters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale and culture.
- Plan and execute team-building events, wellness programs, and other initiatives.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and act on feedback.
Administrative Management:
- Oversee the administrative functions of the organization.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and efficient working environment.
Employee Grievance Management:
- Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts.
- Implement policies and procedures to prevent and address workplace issues.
Separation and Exit Management:
Handle employee separations, including terminations and resignations.
Conduct exit interviews and document feedback.
Ensure all exit processes, including final settlements and return of company property, are completed efficiently.
