Key Responsibilities
Employees Life cycle management:
- Sourcing right manpower through consultants, references.
- Drive interviews, Negotiation of compensation and benefits, documentation, approvals.
- Issue offers/ appointments.
- Onboarding process, orientation of new joiners
- Issue employee safety gadgets, uniforms
- Drive Employee engagement activities
- Employee separation procedures
Payroll Management
- Monitoring attendance/daily/monthly
- Processing monthly payroll/addition, deletion.
- Processing yearly benefits like bonus etc.
Statutory
- Monthly remittance of PF/ESI/PT
- Statutory reports submission.
Liasoning
- Liasoning with department of factories, Department of Labour, KSPCB, Department of Police, Local panchayat and any other related department.
- Experience in handling government department queries/statutory compliance audits etc. And having good rapo with government departments.
Contract Labour Management
- The knowledge on management contract labour, their recruitment.
- Processing their attendance/ensuring timely disbursement of their salaries
- To ensure a regulatory requirement under CLRA Act.
Apprentice Management
- Apprentice hiring, registration, their training and any other related requirements.
Policies and Audits
- To develop policies/handbooks pertaining to HR department
- To face internal and external process and financial audits.
Administration
- To monitor canteen, food supply and quality
- Monitor Housekeeping activities
- To monitor security issues, workshop security etc.
- Equipments service coordinations/ reports maintenance.
- Timely settlement of suppliers payment through timely processing of bills including contract labour bills, various administration bills.
