Key Responsibilities:
Employees Life cycle management:
1. Sourcing right manpower through consultants, references.
2. Drive interviews, Negotiation of compensation and benefits, documentation, approvals.
3. Issue offers/ appointments.
4. Onboarding process, orientation of new joiners
5. Issue employee safety gadgets, uniforms
6. Drive Employee engagement activities
7. Employee separation procedures
Payroll Management
8. Monitoring attendance/daily/monthly
9. Processing monthly payroll/addition, deletion.
10. Processing yearly benefits like bonus etc.
Statutory:
11. Monthly remittance of PF/ESI/PT
12. Statutory reports submission.
Liasoning
13. Liasoning with department of factories, Department of Labour, KSPCB, Department of Police, Local panchayat and any other related department.
14. Experience in handling government department queries/statutory compliance audits etc. And having good rapo with government departments.
Contract Labour Management
15. The knowledge on management contract labour, their recruitment.
16. Processing their attendance/ensuring timely disbursement of their salaries
17. To ensure a regulatory requirement under CLRA Act.
Apprentice Management
18. Apprentice hiring, registration, their training and any other related requirements.
Policies and Audits
19. To develop policies/handbooks pertaining to HR department
20. To face internal and external process and financial audits.
Administration:
21. To monitor canteen, food supply and quality
22. Monitor Housekeeping activities
23. To monitor security issues, workshop security etc.
24. Equipments service coordinations/ reports maintenance.
25. Timely settlement of suppliers payment through timely processing of bills including contract labour bills, various administration bills.
