Job Summary:

As an HR Sr. Executive (Generalist), you'll play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of human resources within our organization. From talent acquisition to employee relations, your contributions will directly impact our team's success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Payroll and Attendance Management:

• Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
• Maintain attendance records and address any discrepancies.

2.Talent Acquisition:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
• Prioritize experience in the pharma industry during recruitment.

3.Company Culture Development:

• Collaborate with leadership to create a positive work environment.
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee retention.

4.Employee Records:

• Maintain comprehensive employee records, including personal details, performance evaluations, and training history.

5.HR Metrics Analysis:

• Gather and analyze data related to HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, turnover rates).
• Use insights to drive improvements.

6.Performance Reviews:

• Organize quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Provide constructive feedback to employees.

7.Job Satisfaction Enhancement:

• Address employee concerns promptly.
• Introduce new perks and benefits.
• Organize team-building activities.

8.Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations (especially in the pharma sector).

9.Recruitment and Selection:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Coordinate interviews and offer letters.

10.Employee Benefits:

• Administer employee benefits, including Mediclaim.
• Assist employees with related documentation.

11.Employee Relations:

• Bridge communication between management and employees.
• Address grievances and demands.

Looking For:

We're seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and attributes:

• Proven working experience and exposure in any reputed HRMS (preferably GreytHR or Keka).
• People-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Experience in the pharma industry is a must.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels.
• MBA or a postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
